nice alex.
and the great thing about those ceramic tiles on the lustron homes - which incidentally were a federal disaster in their own right - was that they became the signature cladding of a little chain food mini-empire named "White Castle"

and mason, your interesting architectural connection there compelled me to do some googling, and I came across this documentary: Lustron: The House America's Been Waiting For. Sounds like a must-see. I'll hunt it down.
