Central Arizona Project
, which Wikipedia describes as “the largest and most expensive aqueduct system ever constructed in the United States.” When it is abandoned, emptied of its hijacked cargo, crumbling, and all nearby agricultural fields and lush Tiger Woods® golf courses have welcomed back the desert, and the city of Phoenix has turned feral, say five years into the Great Global Hydrological War, yet another ideas competition must be held.
