Meanwhile, wouldn't it be deliciously intriguing to hear that Dubai is scheming to snatch the project away from its rival and that Christo and Jeanne-Claude are receptive to a change of venue?

Just wondering.

Meanwhile, they write that they will be planting palm trees, eucalyptus trees, thorn trees and other shrubbery around the Mastaba, at a distance, to act as windbreakers, to minimize the force of the sand and windstorms.

They should drop the landscaping and create a sandstorm around the Mastaba. A land version of the Blur Building. Or bury the whole thing in the sand once the installation period ends.
